Thank you for visiting our Contact Us and File Submission page. If you are a customer with a general inquiry, ignore the file submission box as it is not a required field. If you are submitting a file for a quote for a custom print, please note that STL, STEP, and OBJ files are preferred. Please add in the message box as much detail as possible, including but not limited to color, material preference, size, etc. The maximum number of files is 5 per submission.

We do our best to reply within 2-5 business days; average response time varies based on demand.

Please specify if you prefer a reply by phone and/or email. Expect approximately 15-30 minutes for a phone conversation.

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate phone calls within the United States and Canada. If you reside outside of the United States and Canada, we can only facilitate communication via email.
